Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 31, 2026
Welcome to UNP University Concrete. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
UNP University Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and related services. All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or additional work is required.
2. Quotes and Payment
We provide free quotes for concrete services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon completion. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date. Refunds for deposits on cancelled projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on costs already incurred.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your project, including property boundaries, utility locations, and any special requirements. You must obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the work, unless we have specifically agreed to handle permitting as part of our service.
You must provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work site for safety reasons. You are responsible for marking or protecting any irrigation systems, underground utilities, or other features that could be affected by our work.
4. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a warranty against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers issues resulting from our installation or finishing work, but does not cover problems caused by improper maintenance, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are normal and are not covered under warranty. We will repair significant structural issues that result from our workmanship at no charge during the warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance for our work, and our insurance will be the primary source of recovery for any covered claims.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that were not properly marked or disclosed to us before we began work. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
